Hammond Lower School Fun Day This Friday!
This Friday, May 1st is our annual Fun Day and Family Picnic. Fun Day will begin around 8:45. The kindergarteners will be placed on teams with the first through fourth graders. Siblings will be placed on the same team. Your child will be provided a team Fun Day t-shirt and may wear athletic shorts/ Be certain your child wears tennis shoes and socks and brings a water bottle with his/her name clearly labeled.
A family picnic lunch will follow in the courtyard around 10:45-11:00. Each child must report to their homeroom classes when the games are completed. They will be dismissed from the classroom by their teacher. If parents are unable to attend the picnic please make arrangements for your child to have a picnic with another family. Please notify your child's teacher with these arrangements.
Lunch is available from Andy’s Deli only if you pre-order.
The order form can be found in Ms. Brooks’ section of the Tuesday e-note and also in today's Tuesday envelope.
Please return the form to school by tomorrow, Wednesday, April 29th if you plan to order.
If you chose not to order Andy’s Deli, please bring your own picnic to enjoy by 11:00!

Friday is also a noon dismissal for the Lower School. You may take your child home after the picnic or you must register your child for Extended Day.
