We hope that everyone enjoyed a fun and relaxing Spring Break! Our Skyhawks returned yesterday refreshed and ready to rock in kindergarten for the remainder of the year!
Ready for the Rainforest!
As we immerse ourselves in the tropical rainforest we will be learning all about the four layers!They include:
- Forest Floor -bottom layer covered with rotting leaves
- Understory -found beneath the canopy where it's dark and shadowy
- Canopy -big green umbrella over the whole forest
- Emergent -few trees that grow even taller than the canopy trees
Sight Word Study
The kindergarteners have been introduced to all of the sight words in both the blue and purple sets of cards. Please continue to review all of the words and practice writing them in sentences throughout the remainder of the year.Save The Date!!!
